La Espiga
In the centre of the city, La Espiga was opened in November 1928 by Jesús Castro and María Luisa San Martín. It is currently run by the third generation of the family. It is highly regarded by the people of San Sebastian. It offers traditional, seasonal cuisine; simple, freshly- and perfectly-made pintxos.
