Tortilla de patata from the bar Néstor
Pintxo of Spanish omelette not fully set on the inside and with a nice golden colour on the outside. They only make two each day, at midday and at night, and you have to go one hour before it is served to reserve the pintxo.
Family bar located in the heart of the old town of Donostia/San Sebastian, founded in 1952. It is a very busy place where tourists mix with the local people. It is famous for the two Spanish omelettes they make per day and for the tomato salad and “txuletón” (steak). The pintxos menu is short, but they are all freshly made. Home cooking, in the most typical of atmospheres.
