Bar specialising in cured ham founded in 1942. A veritable institution in Donostia/San Sebastian, since the “Gilda” was invented in this bar. This is a classic pintxo, now famous far beyond the city boundaries and created in 1948 in honour of Rita Hayworth, which draws both visitors and locals to mix together in this bar to sample its star pintxo.
